Refund Eligibility

- Each customer is eligible for one refund per product type

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us at quiescosupport@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice — no questions asked.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. If the package cannot be located, we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
Subscription Cancellations
If you signed up for a subscription, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fees. Email quiescosupport@gmail.com to cancel. We do not charge cancellation fees.
